Hello again

For years this site was a small Jekyll page on GitHub Pages that I never updated. It still said I was a PhD student. Time for a rewrite.

The new site is a single Rust binary built with axum and Askama. Posts are plain Markdown files in a git repository. At startup they get rendered once, including syntax highlighting:

Math is written in Typst instead of LaTeX and compiled on the server into SVG, so no JavaScript is needed. For example, the SIR model:
